FAQ’s

  • Is there any cost for the Kits, to either me or my patients?
  • No, never. The manufacturers of the products in the Kits pay to be in the Kits, which is why we can provide them to you at no cost.
  • Is there any obligation on my part?
  • Just one. We’d like your feedback. We want to continually improve our product and give you the best Kits possible. So from time to time we may send you surveys that will help us do just that. So if you can take a few minutes to complete the survey, we’d certainly appreciate it.
  • Can I get as many Kits as I want?
  • Yes, with limits. You can change your monthly shipment at any time by going onto the Manage My Account page. We will be happy to send you the amount of Kits want but we only produce a certain amount so if you need more, for say a health fair or other event, we may have to limit how many Kits we can send you. It’s best to order these as far in advance as possible.
  • Can I opt-out of the program?
  • Absolutely. Just go to the Manage My Account Page and check “I’d like to stop receiving Kits” and you will be taken out of the program.
  • Can I make suggestions for things I’d like to see in the Kits?
  • Yes! We value your opinion and want to hear your suggestions.
  • Can I change the address where you ship the Kits?
  • Yes, just go to the Manage My Account page and update your ship-to address.
  • I know other Diabetes Educators who would like to be in this program. How would I make this available to them?
  • Just go to the Refer a Colleague page and put in their contact information and we’ll contact them on your behalf.
